Plants Toxic to Cats

"These plants are highly toxic, esp. any lilies. Basically, if your cat eats them and shows signs of illness, take the cat to the vet. Cats normally don't eat ones that are toxic...they seem to know better, but there are some cats that will.

Even the non-toxic plants can make the cats vomit, act depressed or have diarrhea...they eat it for the purgative effect. If the symptoms persist however, take the cat to the vet anyway. Be sure to take a sample of any plant to the vet with you." -Shadie-

Shadie compiled this list of plants for us, so that we can better protect out kitties. Thanks, Shadie.
